These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of vgocart.com, including browsing our website, creating an account, placing orders, purchasing products, making payments and using our customer-support services.

By accessing or using VgoCart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

1. About VgoCart

VgoCart is an online retail platform offering products including:

  • Brass pooja products

  • Brass home décor

  • Traditional and handcrafted products

  • Premium gifts

  • Home décor products

  • Other products displayed on the website from time to time

The products available on VgoCart may be manufactured, sourced, handcrafted or supplied through different vendors, manufacturers or artisans.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using VgoCart, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law.

  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete.

  • You will use the website only for lawful purposes.

  • You will not misuse the website, its content, services or ordering systems.

  • You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

If you place an order on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on VgoCart is accurate and up to date.

However, minor differences may occur between the product displayed on the website and the actual product due to:

  • Photography and lighting;

  • Screen/display settings;

  • Handcrafted finishing;

  • Natural variations in material;

  • Manufacturing processes;

  • Product updates;

  • Packaging changes.

For handcrafted brass products, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, patina, casting and hand-finishing may occur.

Such normal variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

4. Product Images

Product images are provided for representation and product identification.

Actual colour, texture, finish and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and the customer's display device.

Where dimensions, weight, material or other specifications are provided on the product page, customers should refer to those specifications before placing an order.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until an order is successfully confirmed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, VgoCart may contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement with the same product when available;

  • An alternative product with customer consent; or

  • Refund of the applicable amount.

6. Product Pricing

Prices displayed on VgoCart are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Where applicable, taxes, shipping charges, handling charges or other applicable charges will be displayed before order completion.

VgoCart reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical or technical errors.

If an order has been placed at an obviously erroneous price due to a technical or system error, VgoCart may contact the customer before processing the order.

7. MRP and Discounts

Where a product is subject to an applicable MRP or other mandatory price declaration, VgoCart will comply with applicable requirements.

Discounts, offers and promotional prices may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

A promotional discount does not necessarily apply to every product on the website.

8. Orders

When you place an order on VgoCart, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

An order may be considered confirmed after:

  • Order details are successfully received;

  • Payment is successfully processed where applicable; and

  • VgoCart accepts/processes the order.

VgoCart may contact you for order verification where reasonably required.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Suspected fraudulent activity;

  • Incorrect pricing caused by a technical error;

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information;

  • Delivery restrictions;

  • Duplicate or abnormal orders;

  • Other circumstances permitted under applicable law.

If an order is cancelled by VgoCart after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed.

9. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

Customized, personalized or specially procured products may not be cancellable after production or procurement has commenced.

10. Payment

VgoCart may provide payment options including:

  • Credit cards;

  • Debit cards;

  • UPI;

  • Net banking;

  • Wallets;

  • Cash on Delivery, where available;

  • Other payment methods made available on the website.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

VgoCart does not normally have access to complete card or banking credentials submitted directly to the payment gateway.

Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information.

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected products, locations and order values.

VgoCart may restrict or disable COD for certain orders based on operational, fraud-prevention or delivery considerations.

The availability of COD will be displayed during checkout wherever applicable.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines displayed on VgoCart are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location;

  • Courier partner;

  • Product availability;

  • Weather;

  • Public holidays;

  • Transportation delays;

  • Natural events;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

VgoCart will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated or communicated timeframe.
