🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

At VgoCart, we take care to inspect and securely pack products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect/mismatched product, we are here to help.

7-Day Return Window

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns/replacements are accepted in the following cases:

✅ Product damaged during transit
✅ Wrong product received
✅ Product does not match the product ordered

For damaged or incorrect products, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day return period.

📸 What We Need for a Return Request

To help us verify the issue quickly, please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Photographs showing the damage or mismatch
• A short description of the issue

For transit-damage claims, we strongly recommend taking clear photos/video while opening the package, particularly for fragile or high-value products. Many Indian handicraft sellers use photo/video evidence as part of their damage verification process.

📦 Return Conditions

For an approved return:

• The product should be returned in its original packaging, wherever possible.
• All included accessories, components and documentation should be retained.
• The product should not have been intentionally altered or damaged after delivery.
• Our team may verify the product and the reported issue before approving a replacement or refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the product is confirmed to have been damaged during transit or the wrong/mismatched product was delivered, VgoCart will arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost, subject to our verification process.

💰 Refund / Replacement

After the returned product is received and the issue is verified, VgoCart may provide:

Replacement of the same product, subject to availability; or
Refund of the eligible order amount, where replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method available for the order.
