1. How do I place my order?

Placing order in Vgocart is very simple and easy. You can see an option add to cart on all the products, just click on it and the products will be added in cart. In the same way, you can add multiple items to the cart. Now click CHECKOUT button, give your shipping and billing address and place the order. Our payment gateway allows you to select the options for payment.


2. What is the payment modes accepted in this site?

We accept Cash on delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking.


3. Do you ship the products internationally?   

Yes, we do ship the products internationally.


4. Are there any shipping/delivery charges? (If yes, mention the charges for delivering both in and outside India)

Shipping is free inside India; this depends on the size and location.


5. Can I resell the paintings brought in this website?

Yes, you can but you need to mention it as resell the product.


6. Do you offer any discounts/coupons on bulk purchase?

You will get discounts on a bulk purchase of up to 20%. For more details contact us.


7. How will I know if my order has been placed successfully? Will an order confirmation acknowledgment be sent once my order has been placed?

As soon as an order is placed, an order confirmation mail will be sent immediately to your registered mail id.


8. What is the approximate duration taken to deliver the product?

Depending on your location, the delivery may vary from 7-30 business days.


9. Is my personal and bank details secured?

Yes, it is secured since we use an advanced method such as SSL technology to encrypt your information. For more information see our Privacy policy.


10. Will a certificate of authenticity along with the artist signature be dispatched with the paintings?

Yes, the verified certificate of authenticity along with signature and stamp of the artist will be shipped along with your order.

*Note: This is applicable only for those products in which the certificate of authenticity has been mentioned in the description.


11. How do we know the paintings sold here are of original artwork?

The artworks displayed here are verified by a panel of the most reputed artist to validate the authenticity of the artwork.


12. How can I check my order status or track my order?

To check your order status, simply log in to your account and click on the ‘Order Status’ under ‘Order History’ section.


13. What if my order has not arrived by the expected delivery date?

The order will be delivered on time. In case of any delay, do not hesitate to contact us for any queries.


14. What type of packaging do you use?

Depending on the delicacy of the product we use bubble wraps and also a few extra layers to ensure the product reaches you safely. Kindly visit Delivery Information for more details.



Regarding Policies

1. How can I return my order?

We have flexible 7 days return policy and we accept returns only if the product received was different from what you have ordered or if in case the product was damaged during transit.


2. How long it will take to get return approval?

You will get the approval within 48 hrs.


3. How to cancel my order?

In order to cancel your order once it got placed, you need to go to returns and give the valid reason for cancellation. Once the reason is valid we will confirm the cancellation. The cancellation needs to be done within 24hrs from the booking time.

*Note: Cancellation is not applicable for custom orders.


4. How and when will I get a refund on cancellation of my order placed?

Once the order has been canceled refund will be made through the same online payment mode within 7 working days.


5. Can I make an alteration to my order list after order confirmation?

Yes, you can with a proper reason. Contact us via phone or email for more details and this has to been done with 24hrs from the booking time.


Sellers - FAQ

1. How to Signup as an Art Seller. (Vendor)

Just Signup  as a Customer. Go to My Account and Click Become a Seller. Create your Store within 10 mins. 


2. What kind of paintings/artworks can be sold?

You can sale all those listed in our category.


3. What are the charges for selling on Vgocart site?

No registration fee and listing fee for uploading the artworks in our website. We promote it for free of cost and once the product has been sold out we detect 20% commission fee from your price. After the product has been delivered and verified successfully by us, we will send your remaining 80% of payment in next 7 days.


5. Will you send any acknowledgment once my painting has been sold?

Yes, we do inform you through the mail, once you receive the information you need to ship the artwork to the customer as soon as possible.


6. How long do my paintings will be listed on this website?

You can keep as many days as you want but the success or failure of your artwork depends upon artwork and cost you have set. We will promote such artworks in two different price zones. 

a.     1st Selling price: The price which you have set.

b.     Festival price: During the festival season you can give some offers so that it may get more chances to sale during our promotion activity. 

This is not mandatory it depends on your choice. The entire price will be set by you only.

*Note: Whatever the price the artwork gets sold we will charge 20% of commission out of it.


7. Who decides the price of my artwork? /How is my art priced?

The artist alone will decide the price of his artwork. 


8. Who takes care of the delivery process?

Seller has to deliver the product to the customer with extra care.


 9. How do I receive my payment?

You will receive the payment within 7 days after the artwork has been delivered.


10. How to become a verified artist and what are the benefits of becoming so?

You can become a Verified artist by maintaining a 100% completion of your profile status and also by keeping your profile up to date. By becoming a verified artist, the buyers will be assured about the authenticity of your artwork, thereby creating a strong trust among the art seekers.


11. After uploading my artworks image, but still, it is not showing on the website?

Once you upload the image of the artwork, the same will be validated by our backend team for moderation. Once it has been approved the artwork will be displayed on our website. Contact us for further details.
